Bookings & Cancellation Policy

When booking appointments with us through our booking app Fresha, you're required to secure and confirm your booking by entering your card details. We ask that this is done within 48 hours of making the booking and failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled.

We ask that any cancelling and rescheduling is done more than 48 hours prior to the booking to give us more time to fill the appointment. If done less than 48 hours prior then a 50% charge of the service will be taken and if done less than 24 hours or don't show to the appointment then an 80% charge of the service will be taken.

At Fringe we carry out an allergy alert test on every new client and anyone who hasn’t had a colour service in more than 6 months.
